Better watch a non-romantic series or comedy to take your mind off things.<\/li><li>As time goes by, you&#039;ll think less about your ex, which is why texting and backstabbing are forbidden. After all, if it was worth it, you wouldn&#039;t have broken up.<\/li><li>Time for your big comeback: Dress up, paint, decorate and go out with your friends, start flirting and get back into the game, this will make you feel good and your self-confidence will soar<\/li><li>Before you move on, spend some time alone, do some self-criticism, see your mistakes and clarify your feelings, don&#039;t find the next person and still be stuck with your ex.<\/li><li>Write down what you feel on a piece of paper and then burn it or throw it away.
