Contact with the ex? Never & for no reason!!
Why should we keep in touch with our past when it is over?
Only if we have parted ways well and amicably can we perhaps maintain some contact, but that's not the best thing.
The ghost of the ex always follows us & it's our fault.
Because we haven't closed the door on our past, but we haven't healed our wounds.
I never understood why we have to stay in touch with those who hurt us.
Besides, Konstantinos Argyros has said it in his song We Say Goodbye.
Keeping in touch with your ex means you're still stuck with him, you're wearing blinders & you have no desire to move on with your life.
And that's not good, because staying with the memories & ghosts of our exes keeps us captive & at night we cry for them unjustly.
Break away from your ex, don't keep any contact with him, because that only benefits you, he has you for granted & whenever he wants you, he knows you will run after him.
So don't worry about him & try to build your life the way you want.
Because if you want to move on, you must not have feelings for your ex, because those feelings will ruin your next relationship.
Just as you wouldn't want your current partner to keep in touch with his ex, he wouldn't want you to keep in touch with your ex.
And know that for new love to come into your life, you must let go of the past, to make room for the new!!!
But the most important thing is that you shouldn't chase someone, but the next relationship will come at the right timing.
